Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping typically delivers within 3-7 business days.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, Progress Lighting products are backed by a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in material and workmanship under normal use.
What is your return policy for home decor and lighting?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that installed fixtures are not eligible for return due to safety regulations.
Are your LED fixtures dimmable?
Most of our integrated LED fixtures and LED-compatible sockets are dimmable. We recommend checking the specific product specifications for compatible dimmer switch types, such as ELV or TRIAC.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all products include comprehensive mounting hardware and instruction manuals. We highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired installations.
Can I use indoor fixtures in an outdoor setting?
Indoor-rated fixtures should not be used outdoors. For porch or patio areas, please ensure you select products specifically labeled as 'Damp Location' or 'Wet Location' rated.
