At Progress Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your fixtures in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, crystals, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for larger crate shipments.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
